Who you are
You have over 3 years of experience in Channel Sales and Distribution, demonstrating a proven track record in team management and achieving sales targets. Your entrepreneurial spirit and strong growth mindset enable you to thrive in a competitive environment, and you possess a good understanding of the local market and merchant ecosystem. You are familiar with concepts like distribution, channel expansion, and performance metrics, which are crucial for driving sales success. You have experience managing a team of at least 5 members, motivating them to achieve high incentive earnings.
You are proficient in Excel and other sales data tools, allowing you to analyze sales data effectively to optimize performance and drive growth. Your ability to maintain strong business relationships with PSU and Oil Marketing Companies is a key asset in your role. You own a smartphone, bike, and helmet, which are essential for your day-to-day responsibilities.
What you'll do
In this role, you will onboard and service petrol and gas station merchants, ensuring they are well-equipped to utilize Paytm's payment solutions. You will manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, driving merchant acquisition through QR and POS products. Achieving sales and incentive targets through team performance will be a primary focus, and you will analyze sales data to optimize performance and drive growth. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining strong business relationships with PSU and Oil Marketing Companies, which is vital for expanding Paytm's reach in the market.
