What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for increasing the sale of EDC machines through proper channels to merchants across multiple locations. You will drive swiping device sales in your assigned area, ensuring that your team is equipped to meet the demands of the market. You will oversee the daily operations of your team, ensuring that they are motivated and performing at their best.

You will set clear team goals and delegate tasks effectively, monitoring progress and providing support where needed. Your role will involve resolving merchant queries and driving engagement with the merchant base to enhance sales performance. You will also be responsible for hiring new team members and building a strong, cohesive unit that works well together.

You will regularly report on team performance metrics and make adjustments as necessary to achieve sales targets. Your leadership will be crucial in creating an inspiring team environment where open communication is encouraged, and team members feel valued and recognized for their contributions.
