What you'll do
As the Sales Team Lead at Paytm, you will be responsible for increasing the sale of QR & Soundbox products through effective channels to merchants across various locations. You will identify and recruit a sales team that aligns with business goals, ensuring they are well-equipped to drive sales in the market. Your role will involve planning market size and span for Field Sales Executives, devising communication strategies to minimize the expectations versus delivery gap, and monitoring the quality of sales activities. You will validate and conduct audits on acquisitions and sales performed by your team, ensuring that team members are actively engaging in the market where sales and usage occur regularly.
