What you'll do
As the Sales Team Lead at Paytm, you will be responsible for increasing the sales of QR & Soundbox products through proper channels to merchants across multiple locations. You will grow distribution and market share in your assigned area of operations, ensuring that your team is actively engaged in the market where sales and usage occur regularly. You will identify and recruit the sales team, aligning their efforts with business objectives and driving performance.
Monitoring quality parameters as suggested by management will be a key part of your role, as will conducting audits on acquisitions and sales completed by your team.
