What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert assistance to customers' DBA teams when they encounter issues with their PostgreSQL databases. You will gather relevant data, investigate problems, and deliver detailed analyses to help resolve issues quickly. For more serious, production-impacting problems, you will conduct screen-sharing sessions to guide customers through troubleshooting steps. You will also contribute to the community by authoring blog posts on interesting database topics, answering questions on forums, and creating articles for the customer-facing knowledge base.
