PermitFlow is seeking a Founding Enterprise Customer Success Manager to lead customer engagement and satisfaction initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with the VP of Customer Success and the CEO to enhance the customer experience. This role requires a strong background in customer success management.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally within a technology or AI-driven environment. Your experience includes developing strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction, ensuring that clients achieve their desired outcomes with the product. You possess strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with enterprise-level clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and are excited about the opportunity to shape the customer success function from the ground up.

Desirable

Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus, as it will help you understand the specific challenges faced by our clients. Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in business will also be beneficial. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your strategies and decisions, ensuring that customer feedback is effectively integrated into product development.

What you'll do

As the Founding Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer success strategies that drive engagement and retention. You will work closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product enhancements. Your role will involve onboarding new clients, providing training and support, and acting as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers. You will also analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring that our clients are maximizing the value they receive from our solutions.
