PermitFlow is seeking a Founding Enterprise Customer Success Manager to drive value for high-value customer relationships. You'll collaborate closely with the VP of Customer Success and the CEO. This role requires strong relationship management skills and experience in customer success.

You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally within the tech or AI sectors — your experience includes managing complex, high-value customer relationships and driving value through strategic engagement. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Your background includes working with enterprise clients, where you've successfully navigated challenges and delivered solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and retention. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are comfortable using analytics to inform your strategies and actions.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adaptable to changing priorities — your proactive approach allows you to anticipate customer needs and address them before they become issues. You are passionate about building strong relationships and ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes with the product.
Desirable
Experience in the construction or AI industry is a plus, as is familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. A background in sales or account management can also be beneficial, as it complements your customer success expertise.
What you'll do
As the Founding Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for owning and nurturing our most complex customer relationships — your role goes beyond account management; you will drive value and ensure that our customers are successful in using our AI solutions. You will work closely with the VP of Customer Success and the CEO to align customer strategies with business objectives.
You will develop and implement customer success plans tailored to each enterprise client, focusing on maximizing their investment in our solutions. Regular check-ins and performance reviews will be part of your routine, allowing you to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaboration with the product and engineering teams will be essential as you relay customer feedback and advocate for their needs in product development. You will also play a key role in onboarding new clients, ensuring they have a smooth transition and understand how to leverage our technology effectively.
Your responsibilities will include analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, as well as creating reports to communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders. You will also be involved in training and educating customers on best practices, helping them to fully utilize our platform.
