You have a strong background in customer success management, ideally with experience in the technology or financial services sectors. You understand the importance of building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a significant impact on client success.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey complex information to clients and collaborate with internal teams. You are proactive in identifying customer needs and challenges, and you take the initiative to provide solutions that enhance their experience with our products.
You are data-driven and comfortable using analytics to track customer engagement and success metrics. You understand how to leverage this data to drive improvements and ensure that clients are getting the most value from our services.
What you'll do
As the Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring they have a smooth transition to using SentiLink's identity verification solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and help them achieve their goals through our innovative products.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and providing ongoing support to ensure their satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to advocate for your clients and drive improvements based on their feedback.
You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, ensuring they are engaged and informed about new features and updates. You will also identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services that can benefit your clients.
What we offer
SentiLink offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $160,000 per year, along with bonuses and equity options.
