You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in the technology sector, with a focus on data solutions. Your experience includes building and maintaining strategic relationships with key partners and decision-makers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles, demonstrating your ability to adapt and succeed in various situations.

You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with clients at all levels. Your strategic mindset enables you to develop and execute territory development strategies that drive growth and enhance market presence. You are results-oriented, with a passion for technology and a commitment to helping clients overcome their data challenges.

Desirable

Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, Azure, and GCP is highly desirable. Familiarity with data integration tools like Fivetran and dbt will set you apart. A background in managing sales teams or leading business development initiatives will be advantageous.

What you'll do

As the Territory Director for the South Region, you will play a pivotal role in scaling phData's business by developing and executing strategic plans to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships. You will collaborate closely with the sales organization to identify opportunities, create tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and acquiring new customers, managing relationships with buying accounts, and ensuring the successful delivery of services.

You will lead initiatives to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction, leveraging your expertise in the modern data stack to provide valuable insights and solutions. Your role will require you to navigate complex sales cycles, working closely with decision-makers and champions to secure buy-in and drive successful outcomes. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
