Your strategic mindset allows you to partner effectively with Tech and Product leaders to forecast hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles. You are adept at building and managing a strong pipeline of talent, ensuring that the recruitment process is both efficient and effective.

You leverage creative sourcing techniques and employer branding strategies to position Zefir as a top destination for ambitious tech talent. You are data-driven, tracking and analyzing recruiting metrics to continuously improve the speed and quality of your hiring processes. Your focus on delivering a world-class candidate experience sets you apart, as you ensure that every interaction reflects Zefir's commitment to excellence. What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruiting process for Tech & Product positions at Zefir. You will collaborate closely with Tech and Product leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to attract top talent. Your responsibilities will include defining candidate profiles, sourcing candidates through various channels, and managing the interview process to ensure a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing recruiting data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance the overall recruitment process.

You will build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of candidates, ensuring that you have a steady flow of talent ready to meet the company's growth demands.
