Overview

Pipedrive is hiring a Transaction Services Specialist to manage the customer order process from commercial handoff to billing and payment setup. This role requires expertise in order-to-cash processes and strong collaboration with commercial teams and Finance Operations.

You have experience in order and subscription management, ensuring that customer contracts and orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You understand the importance of aligning these processes with billing requirements and have a keen eye for detail. You thrive in a collaborative environment, acting as a pivotal link between commercial teams and finance operations. Your strong communication skills enable you to facilitate seamless onboarding and activation experiences for customers.

You are proactive in identifying opportunities to optimize order-to-cash processes, leveraging your subject matter expertise to drive improvements. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy. What you'll do

In this role, you will drive the customer order process from the commercial handoff through to successful billing and payment setup. You will ensure that all customer contracts, addenda, orders, renewals, and account updates are processed accurately and in alignment with billing requirements. You will collaborate closely with commercial teams to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for customers, ensuring that their needs are met throughout the order process.

You will contribute your expertise to optimize the order-to-cash processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices. You will act as a liaison between the commercial teams and Finance Operations, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the process. Your role will be crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring that the order process runs smoothly.
