Who you are

You are a self-starting individual with a can-do attitude and a tireless work ethic. You possess excellent conversational skills in English and are eager to work alongside clients during business hours. Your insatiable appetite for growth drives you to excel in lead generation and management, making you a valuable asset to the team.

You have experience managing and optimizing CRM systems, particularly Brivity, to enhance operational activities. Your ability to prospect for new clients daily through various lead sources, including phone calls, chats, and emails, sets you apart. You are comfortable responding to incoming leads from internet sources, referrals, and sign calls, ensuring that no opportunity is missed.

You understand the importance of inputting information accurately into the database and creating effective touchpoint mechanisms for leads. Your skills in lead follow-up and nurturing until appointments are set demonstrate your commitment to achieving performance benchmarks and measuring conversion ratios.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage and optimize Brivity CRM to improve operational activities based on client priorities. You will prospect for new clients daily from various lead sources, engaging with them through phone calls, chats, and emails. Responding to incoming leads will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.

You will input information into the database and create effective touchpoint mechanisms for leads, nurturing them until appointments are set. Measuring conversion ratios and meeting performance benchmarks will be essential to your success in this position. You will collaborate closely with clients to advocate for their business, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive the best possible service.

What we offer

PLACE offers a competitive salary of up to Php 67,500 per month, depending on your skills and experience.
