As a Transaction Coordinator, you pride yourself on providing outstanding communication and best-in-class service to all parties involved in each transaction. You understand the importance of being proactive and responsive, ensuring that all questions and concerns are addressed quickly and professionally. You have a knack for organization and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you can support experienced Escrow Officers and Attorneys in processing real estate closings.

You are comfortable with front-end file processing and data entry, and you have a keen eye for detail when it comes to curative review of title documents. You thrive in a role where you can act as the primary point of contact with lenders and other stakeholders, ensuring that all necessary documentation is in order and that any title defects or issues are escalated appropriately. Your ability to work collaboratively with various parties, including Escrow Officers and Underwriters, is one of your key strengths.

What you'll do

In this role, you will assist experienced Escrow Officers and Attorneys with the processing of real estate closings in assigned markets. You will be responsible for front-line communication with all parties involved in the transaction, addressing any questions and concerns that arise. Your duties will include reviewing search packages to pull curative documents for files and working closely with Escrow Officers and Underwriters on escalated title defects or issues. You will also collaborate with the Title team to review entity documents and ensure their sufficiency.

Your role will require you to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, as you will be managing multiple transactions simultaneously. You will be expected to provide timely updates to all parties involved and ensure that the closing process runs smoothly. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide exceptional service will be crucial to your success in this position.
