You are eager to learn about contracts and compliance across multiple states, demonstrating a strong working knowledge of residential real estate documents and timelines. You are confident in using digital tools, platforms, and systems to enhance your workflow and client interactions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will deliver white-glove transaction coordination to clients procured by Transactly, ensuring that every detail is managed with care and professionalism. You will provide listing coordination for high-volume real estate professionals, operating confidently within Transactly's tech platform for task management and communication. Maintaining transaction records and updates within Brivity, PLACE’s tech platform, will be a key responsibility. You will practice proactive and professional communication with clients, agents, and co-op partners, contributing insights and feedback to improve our platform, service model, and team culture. You will step confidently into an ownership mindset, reflecting PLACE values in your work.
