Who you are
You have a strong background in partnership development, ideally within the Fintech industry, and possess the ability to navigate complex deal cycles with multiple stakeholders. Your experience includes managing relationships with technology platforms and understanding the needs of both partners and customers. You are adept at articulating value propositions and translating partner needs into actionable opportunities.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive execution and achieve strategic goals. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively convey complex ideas and foster strong relationships with partners. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on long-term objectives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving deal execution and orchestrating cross-functional efforts to support Plaid's Fintech partners. You will manage complex deal cycles that span 6 to 12 months, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process. Your ability to navigate competitive dynamics will be crucial as you articulate Plaid's differentiated value proposition across various domains, including Crypto, Payments, Credit, and Identity/Fraud solutions.
You will serve as a strategic partner to segment operators, translating their needs into structured opportunities and leading deals from sourcing through execution. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to ensure that partner needs are met and that Plaid's solutions are effectively integrated into their offerings. You will also be expected to identify new partnership opportunities and drive initiatives that enhance Plaid's market presence and customer engagement.
