You have a proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the education technology space — your ability to build relationships and trust with educational institutions sets you apart. You understand the unique challenges faced by K–12 schools and can tailor your approach to meet their needs. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to engage with various stakeholders effectively.
What you'll do
As an Account Executive at PlayVS, you will play a pivotal role in introducing esports into K–12 classrooms — you will partner with schools and districts to promote our curriculum offering and free competition product. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies that align with our mission to make esports accessible to everyone. You will engage with educators to understand their needs and demonstrate how our platform can enhance the student experience.
You will be responsible for managing the sales process from prospecting to closing deals — this includes conducting product demonstrations, addressing concerns, and negotiating contracts. Your role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to ensure that our offerings meet the evolving needs of the education sector. You will track your sales activities and report on progress, using data to refine your strategies and improve outcomes.
