You are a proactive sales professional with a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem. You excel at identifying new opportunities and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, ensuring that you deliver strategic value to your clients. Your ability to build relationships with key stakeholders in large organizations sets you apart, as you become a trusted consultant who helps customers solve technical challenges and achieve long-term success.
You have a deep understanding of SaaS and DevOps solutions, allowing you to effectively communicate the value of Gearset's offerings to potential clients. Your experience in working with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) and your ability to navigate the intricacies of enterprise environments make you an ideal candidate for this role. You are not just a salesperson; you are a product expert who is committed to helping customers succeed.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead revenue growth within the largest and most complex organizations in the Salesforce ecosystem. You will work closely with a high-performing team to deliver Gearset's market-leading SaaS and DevOps solutions to global brands. Your responsibilities will include identifying new sales opportunities, managing the sales process from start to finish, and collaborating with GSIs and Salesforce to ensure that clients receive maximum value from Gearset's products.
You will become a product expert, understanding the technical aspects of Gearset's solutions to effectively address customer needs. Your role will involve conducting product demonstrations, engaging in consultative selling, and developing tailored solutions that meet the unique requirements of each client. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success with Gearset's offerings.
