You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in driving product adoption and retention. What you'll do
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at ZoomInfo, you will be responsible for all aspects of strategic account partnerships. You will develop and execute strategic account plans that align with customer goals and drive overall satisfaction. Your role will involve delivering business reviews and ensuring that customers derive maximum value from ZoomInfo's offerings. You will also mentor junior team members, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the Customer Success team.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including RevOps, to implement customer success technology and AI initiatives. Your leadership will be crucial in prioritizing these projects and ensuring effective usage across the team. You will be the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs and helping to shape product development based on customer feedback.
