Who you are

You have a strong background in supporting HR technology systems, particularly with applications like Workday and Greenhouse. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to troubleshoot issues effectively and provide high-quality support to users across various functions. You understand the importance of seamless technology in enhancing employee experience and are committed to continuous improvement initiatives.

You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to triage incoming support requests efficiently. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams ensures that you can gather requirements and contribute to system enhancements effectively. You thrive in a dynamic environment where you can blend operational support with hands-on involvement in projects.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for all system-related questions and issues across the People Technology ecosystem. You will deliver high-quality support by troubleshooting issues, resolving Jira tickets, and responding to user inquiries. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining and optimizing the People Technology landscape, ensuring that systems like Workday and Greenhouse operate smoothly.

You will identify knowledge gaps and work on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the user experience. Collaborating closely with other business support functions, you will develop solutions that align with the needs of the People and Recruitment teams. Your role will also involve hands-on participation in system enhancements, requirements gathering, and testing small-scale projects.
