You have a strong technical background and are passionate about customer success — your experience in technical support and product development allows you to effectively bridge the gap between customer needs and technical solutions. You are detail-oriented and customer-obsessed, always striving to enhance the customer experience through innovative solutions. Your skills in automation and scripting enable you to streamline support workflows, making processes more efficient and effective.

You are familiar with AI technologies and understand how they can be leveraged to improve customer engagement — your knowledge of multimodal AI, including LLMs, text-to-speech, and speech detection, positions you well to contribute to Plivo's cutting-edge AI agents platform. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with engineering teams to debug and enhance products.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers while also contributing to product development — you will leverage your technical skills to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions that enhance the customer experience. You will work on automating support workflows using AI and modern tools, ensuring that customer interactions are seamless and efficient.

You will collaborate with the engineering team to identify and resolve product issues, providing feedback that helps shape future product enhancements. Your role will involve engaging with customers to understand their needs and challenges, allowing you to advocate for their requirements within the product development process. You will also be involved in training customers on new features and functionalities, ensuring they derive maximum value from Plivo's products.
