Who you are

You have a strong background in IT service management, particularly with the ServiceNow platform, and are skilled in designing and implementing solutions that enhance IT service delivery. You understand the importance of aligning IT services with business needs and have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve this. Your technical expertise includes developing custom applications and integrations, as well as configuring ServiceNow modules to optimize functionality and user experience. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for automation within ITSM processes and have a track record of implementing effective solutions. You possess excellent problem-solving skills and are comfortable providing technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.

What you'll do

As an ITSM Developer at Point72, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to enhance IT service delivery. You will support the transition to a new service management platform and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of Device42 CMDB and ITSM tools. Your role will involve configuring ServiceNow modules, workflows, and user interfaces to optimize functionality and user experience. You will also develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs and other integration tools. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for automation within ITSM processes and implement solutions using ServiceNow capabilities. Providing technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high service quality.
