Who you are

You have 5-10 years of experience in facilities management, demonstrating a strong ability to lead and manage teams effectively. Your background includes overseeing operations related to office administration, vendor management, and building management relationships. You are skilled in developing workplace strategies that enhance employee experience and align with business needs.

You possess a Bachelor's degree and have a proven track record of managing operational budgets and vendor contracts. Your analytical skills enable you to identify and resolve operational issues through data-driven analysis. You are committed to upholding professional standards and promoting a culture of integrity within your team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and manage all facilities, reception, and workplace experience teams for the UK offices. You will oversee facilities operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational standards. Your responsibilities will include managing guest services, event coordination, and front-of-house activities. You will collaborate with senior leaders and external partners to align operational objectives and ensure seamless execution of facilities-related services.

You will drive continuous improvement initiatives and adopt best practices for UK office operations. Additionally, you will mentor and develop a high-performing Facilities and Workplace Experience team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
