You have over 3 years of experience in campus recruiting, specifically for technical roles, and possess a deep understanding of the campus recruiting cycle. Your strong analytical and communication skills enable you to effectively engage with students and university representatives, fostering relationships that attract top talent. You are organized and detail-oriented, ensuring that recruitment metrics and progress are accurately maintained and reported. Your ability to build relationships and communicate effectively is complemented by your knowledge of various talent attraction channels, allowing you to identify and engage with potential candidates through campus events and online platforms.

You are familiar with industry trends and university programs, which helps you stay ahead in the competitive landscape of talent acquisition. Your experience in organizing and participating in campus recruitment events, such as career fairs and workshops, showcases your proactive approach to attracting talent. You are comfortable working closely with compliance teams to ensure adherence to applicable policies and procedures, demonstrating your commitment to maintaining high standards in recruitment practices.
What you'll do
In this role, you will establish and maintain strong relationships with key universities and colleges, acting as a representative of Point72 at various campus recruitment events. You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment metrics and progress, providing regular reports to the HR team and management. Your role will require you to work closely with compliance teams to ensure that all recruitment practices adhere to applicable policies and procedures. You will also collaborate with other HR team members to develop innovative strategies for talent attraction and engagement, contributing to the overall success of Point72's recruitment efforts.
What we offer
Point72 offers a competitive annual base salary range of $135,000-$145,000, which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or a comprehensive benefits package.
