You have a strong background in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of successfully filling engineering, data, and product roles. You understand the nuances of the tech industry and can effectively communicate with both candidates and hiring managers. Your experience allows you to translate business priorities into actionable hiring plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

You are detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills, enabling you to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at using recruiting systems and tools to streamline processes and improve outcomes.

What you'll do

As the Senior Technical Recruiter at Imprint, you will take ownership of the technical recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to managing interviews and offers. You will collaborate closely with engineering, data, and product teams to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to attract top talent. Your role will involve building strong relationships with candidates, providing them with a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
