Overview

PointClickCare is seeking a Regional Named Account Executive to drive revenue growth through strategic account planning and consultative selling. You'll collaborate with internal teams to deliver value to healthcare clients in Pennsylvania.

You are a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a proven track record in consultative selling and strategic account planning. You excel at identifying customer needs and building strong relationships with clients, particularly in the healthcare sector. Your ability to adapt your communication style based on the audience—from operational contacts to executive-level decision-makers—sets you apart. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with internal teams to ensure client success and satisfaction.

You have experience in developing robust account plans that balance long- and short-term opportunities. Your analytical skills allow you to utilize whitespace analysis effectively, creating targeted outreach strategies that resonate with potential clients. You understand the importance of incorporating insights from win/loss reports to optimize your pipeline and align your sales strategies with client potential.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic account planning and consultative selling. You will develop tailored engagement strategies for multiple clients, ensuring that you expand your influence across various stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Customer Success Managers to identify expansion opportunities and ensure long-term value realization for clients. You will lead thoughtful executive briefings and plans to enhance client utilization and satisfaction.

You will maintain strong performance across core metrics, including monthly bookings and Net Revenue Retention (NRR). Your role will also involve sharing market insights and competitor feedback with sales leadership and marketing to support internal team enablement. You will be expected to adapt your approach based on the size of the account and the specific needs of the client, ensuring that you deliver measurable value throughout the client lifecycle.
