PointClickCare is seeking a Regional Named Account Executive to drive revenue growth through strategic account planning and consultative selling. You'll work closely with healthcare clients in Pennsylvania and collaborate with internal teams to deliver measurable value.

Who you are

You are a results-oriented professional with a proven track record in sales, particularly in the healthcare sector. You excel at strategic account planning and have a knack for consultative selling, allowing you to identify customer needs effectively. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders is a key strength, enabling you to engage with decision-makers at all levels. You are skilled in developing tailored engagement strategies that resonate with diverse client profiles, ensuring that you adapt your approach based on the specific needs of each account.

You have experience in pipeline development and are adept at utilizing whitespace analysis to create targeted outreach strategies. Your analytical mindset allows you to incorporate insights from win/loss reports to optimize your sales strategies and align them with client potential. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Customer Success Managers to identify expansion opportunities and ensure long-term value realization for clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic account planning and consultative selling. You will develop robust, insight-driven account plans for named, high-potential accounts, balancing long- and short-term opportunities. Your responsibilities will include building tailored engagement strategies across multiple clients and stakeholders, expanding your influence from operational contacts to senior and executive-level decision-makers.

You will lead thoughtful sales strategies and maintain strong performance across core metrics, including monthly bookings and Net Revenue Retention (NRR). Your role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to share market insights and evolving client needs, ensuring that the sales approach is aligned with the overall business strategy. You will engage with clients throughout the lifecycle, from pre-sales to post-launch, to maximize utilization and value realization.
