Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in revenue operations or financial analysis, with a strong understanding of pricing models and contract negotiations. Your analytical skills are advanced, allowing you to assess complex commercial structures and provide data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions. You excel in communication, effectively conveying your analyses to senior stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You are detail-oriented and possess strong judgment, ensuring that all deal evaluations align with governance standards. Your mentorship abilities shine as you guide junior analysts, fostering their development in financial modeling and deal evaluation. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and thrive on the challenges presented by high-value deals.
Desirable
Experience with TAM/SAM methodologies is a plus, as is familiarity with tools used for financial modeling and analysis. A background in sales operations or legal aspects of commercial deals would enhance your contributions to the team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead financial and commercial analysis for non-standard and high-value deals, ensuring that pricing, billing, and contractual decisions are made with a balance of customer flexibility and financial discipline. You will build and review complex pricing models, assess the financial impact of deals, and evaluate risks and tradeoffs associated with various deal structures. Your insights will be critical in enabling deal velocity while maintaining consistency and transparency across the Deal Desk. You will partner closely with the Manager of the RevOps Deal Desk to ensure that all deals align with established governance standards. Additionally, you will assist in developing templates, tools, and models that will be utilized across the Deal Desk, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
