PointClickCare is hiring a Senior Analyst for their Revenue Operations Deal Desk to lead financial analysis and deal structuring for high-value commercial deals. You'll work closely with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure pricing and contractual decisions are well-informed. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in revenue operations or financial analysis, with a strong understanding of commercial deal structures and pricing strategies. Your analytical skills are advanced, allowing you to build and review complex pricing models and revenue forecasts. You possess excellent judgment and can communicate clearly with senior stakeholders, ensuring that all decisions are well-informed and aligned with governance standards. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to drive deal velocity while maintaining consistency and transparency.

Desirable

Experience with TAM/SAM methodologies is a plus, as is familiarity with financial modeling tools and templates. You have a knack for mentorship, providing guidance to junior analysts and ensuring their work meets high standards of accuracy and clarity. Your ability to assess risk and trade-offs in deal structures will be invaluable in this role, as will your commitment to developing best practices within the Deal Desk.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead financial and commercial analysis for non-standard and high-value deals, ensuring that all pricing and billing decisions are data-driven and aligned with company standards. You will build and review complex pricing models, assess financial impacts, and evaluate risks associated with various deal structures. Collaborating closely with the Manager of the RevOps Deal Desk, you will support strategic deal reviews and serve as a trusted advisor on complex commercial structures. Your insights will be critical in enabling deal velocity while maintaining the necessary governance and transparency.

You will also assist in developing templates, tools, and models used across the Deal Desk, ensuring consistent application of methodologies. Providing mentorship and support to junior analysts will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you review their work for accuracy and help them develop their skills in financial modeling and deal evaluation. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a culture of excellence within the team, driving both individual and collective success.
