Who you are
You have a strong background in enterprise sales enablement, with a proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs that empower sales teams to excel. Your experience includes collaborating with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to align enablement initiatives with business goals. You possess excellent project management skills and a passion for driving sales performance through strategic enablement solutions.
You understand the complexities of enterprise sales cycles and methodologies, allowing you to create scalable and measurable enablement resources. Your ability to analyze sales data and feedback enables you to continuously improve training programs and ensure they meet the evolving needs of the sales team. You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating strategies and insights to diverse audiences.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner closely with the Enterprise Sales team to identify their training needs and develop tailored enablement programs that enhance their ability to engage with large, complex accounts. You will design and deliver training content that covers best practices in enterprise sales, ensuring that the team is equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to drive significant revenue growth. You will also collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure that sales professionals have access to the latest resources and tools to support their efforts.
You will be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of enablement initiatives through key performance indicators and feedback from the sales team. By leveraging your insights, you will continuously refine and enhance training programs to maximize their impact. Your role will also involve facilitating workshops and training sessions, fostering a culture of learning and development within the sales organization.
