Overview

PostHog is hiring a Talent Partner to help increase the number of successful products in the world. You'll work in a fully remote environment, collaborating with a globally distributed team. This role requires experience in recruiting for remote companies and a passion for talent acquisition.

Who you are

You have experience in talent acquisition, ideally with a focus on remote companies. You are comfortable and creative with outbound efforts, and you thrive in an environment where you can work autonomously and move quickly. You understand the importance of diversity and inclusion in the hiring process and are eager to contribute to a positive candidate experience.

You have a track record of successfully recruiting for various roles and understand the nuances of building a diverse talent pipeline. You are familiar with the challenges and opportunities that come with hiring in different time zones, particularly between GMT-8 and GMT+2. Your communication skills are strong, allowing you to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders alike.

Desirable

It would be a plus if you have previously recruited for remote companies internationally or have been part of a small talent team that scaled from 100 to 500 people. You are open to feedback and continuously seek ways to improve the recruitment process.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the talent acquisition strategy at PostHog. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment plans. Your efforts will focus on sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates who align with PostHog's values and mission.

You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from crafting compelling job descriptions to conducting interviews and facilitating the offer process. You will also play a key role in enhancing the candidate experience, ensuring that every interaction reflects PostHog's commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will partner with various teams to align recruitment efforts with business objectives. You will leverage data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes. Your insights will help shape the future of talent acquisition at PostHog.
