You have a strong background in partner management and sales strategy — you've successfully collaborated with sales teams to drive growth through partnerships and understand the nuances of partner ecosystems. Your experience in building relationships with external stakeholders has equipped you with the skills to navigate complex partner dynamics effectively.
You are driven by a passion for improving the developer experience and have a keen interest in open-source software — you understand the importance of community engagement and how it can influence product adoption and success. Your collaborative nature allows you to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, ensuring that partner initiatives align with broader company goals.
You possess excellent communication skills — you can articulate strategies clearly to both internal teams and external partners, fostering trust and collaboration. Desirable

What you'll do
As the Manager, Partner GTM, you will be the central point of contact for our sales organization, working closely with sales leaders to integrate partner strategies into their workflows. You will drive partner strategy and execution, ensuring that all resources are effectively orchestrated to maximize partner-impacted closed/won business. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and partner performance to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
