Who you are

You have a proven track record in channel sales, ideally within the technology sector, and thrive in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Your experience includes developing and executing partner-led sales strategies that drive significant business growth. You possess strong communication and negotiation skills, enabling you to build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders. You are results-oriented and have a deep understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. You are comfortable working collaboratively across teams, including Sales, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success, to achieve common goals. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on delivering value to customers.

What you'll do

As a Channel Sales Manager at Postman, you will own and develop a defined territory by recruiting and enrolling strategic partners, including systems integrators and resellers. You will work closely with the Sales team to drive partner-led demand and accelerate enterprise adoption of Postman's API platform. Your role will involve developing and executing sales motions that align with Postman's business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that partner initiatives are effectively integrated into the overall sales strategy. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on sales performance metrics, providing insights to improve partner engagement and sales effectiveness. Your contributions will play a critical role in expanding Postman's footprint within large organizations and driving the success of the Channel Sales team.
