Postman is seeking a Lead Sales Manager to grow and develop a team of Corporate Account Executives. You'll be responsible for navigating the enterprise sales cycle and driving significant sales growth. This role requires experience in technical Enterprise SaaS sales.

You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly within the technical Enterprise SaaS sector, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. You are skilled at scaling teams and promoting a culture of revenue success, having successfully driven teams to achieve significant sales growth. Your leadership style is energetic and passionate, inspiring your team to excel in a competitive environment. You understand the complexities of the enterprise sales cycle and are adept at closing deals with major clients. You possess strong mentoring skills, guiding Corporate Account Executives to navigate challenges and achieve their targets. You are results-oriented, with a focus on aligning team efforts with the broader goals of the organization.

Desirable

Experience in managing mid-market sales teams is a plus, as is familiarity with API platforms or similar technologies. A background in working with Fortune 1000 companies will enhance your ability to connect with potential clients and understand their needs. You are comfortable with data-driven decision-making and can leverage analytics to inform your sales strategies.

What you'll do
