Experience in the DACH region is a plus, as is familiarity with Postman's platform and its capabilities. A background in technical sales or solutions engineering will help you excel in this role, as will any certifications related to API management or software development.

What you'll do

As a Solutions Engineer at Postman, you will play a critical role in shaping customers' API strategies — your expertise will guide clients through the sales cycle, ensuring they understand how Postman's platform can enhance their API lifecycle. You will be a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate technical challenges and driving product adoption through effective solutions.

You will collaborate with the Sales team to identify customer needs and tailor solutions that align with their objectives — your ability to articulate the value of Postman's offerings will be key to influencing decision-makers. Additionally, you will work closely with the Product team to provide feedback from customers, helping to shape future product development and enhancements.

Your role will also involve conducting technical presentations and demonstrations, showcasing how Postman's platform can streamline API development and improve collaboration among teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that customers are set up for success, providing ongoing support and guidance as they implement Postman's solutions.
