What you'll do
As a Solutions Manager at PPRO, you will take ownership of the technical account strategy, ensuring that both new and existing customers are effectively connected to our local payment methods. You will collaborate with the APAC commercial team in China and maintain a dotted line to the global solutions team, driving business wins in China and ASEAN. Your role will involve providing industry knowledge and technical expertise to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of local payment solutions.
You will work closely with regional new business and account management teams, as well as global sales teams, to identify and capitalize on new opportunities. Your responsibilities will include optimizing current services and operationalizing PPRO’s offerings within clients’ portfolios, ensuring that they receive the best possible support and solutions. You will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all technical and project-related inquiries.
