Uber is hiring a Sales Solutions Manager to lead the execution of Seller Tech rollouts and ensure smooth adoption in Sydney. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to synthesize feedback into actionable insights.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in managing rollouts and adoption strategies, ideally within a tech or sales environment. Your experience allows you to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, ensuring that new tools and workflows are implemented smoothly. You excel in synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data to provide actionable insights that drive product improvements. You are adept at developing comprehensive change management strategies, including communication plans and training materials, to support teams during transitions. Your ability to manage rapid-response protocols ensures that any issues are triaged quickly, minimizing disruption for sellers. You are a strong collaborator, working closely with engineering and commercial teams to escalate issues and drive solutions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end Go-to-Market execution for new Seller Tech features, designing phased rollout plans that protect seller productivity. You will establish and manage rapid-response triage protocols for post-launch hypercare, serving as the primary point of escalation to Engineering and Commercial teams. Your responsibilities will include synthesizing qualitative anecdotal feedback and quantitative usage data into actionable "Voice of the Seller" reports for Product Managers. You will develop and execute comprehensive Change Management strategies, including communication plans, training materials, and enablement webinars. Your success will be measured by the smooth adoption of new tools and workflows, ensuring that sellers feel supported after launch and that regional teams are not overwhelmed with recurring issues. You will act as the single point of ownership for rollout health and adoption outcomes within your assigned scope, collaborating with various teams to ensure high-quality signal instead of fragmented noise.
