What you'll do

As a Patient Experience Representative at Prenuvo, you will be the first point of contact for patients, assisting them with their inquiries and requests. You will support the sales team by providing information about our services and helping to retain patients through exceptional service. Your role will involve actively listening to patients' needs and concerns, ensuring they receive the necessary information and support. You will work closely with other team members to improve the patient experience continuously, contributing to a culture of care and excellence. You will also participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge about our services and technologies.
