As a People & Culture Business Partner, you have a strong background in human resources and a proven track record of aligning HR strategies with business goals. You possess excellent stakeholder management skills and are adept at navigating complex people challenges. Your proactive and data-driven approach to problem-solving sets you apart, allowing you to effectively enhance team effectiveness and foster a high-performance culture.

You understand the importance of collaboration and communication in a diverse workplace. You have experience working closely with regional and functional leaders, providing strategic HR guidance that drives organizational growth. Your ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights is a key strength that you bring to the role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the People & Culture strategy at Flipster. You will partner with various teams to ensure that talent strategies are effectively aligned with business objectives.
