What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with Senior P&C Business Partners to support managers in performance management, talent development, and succession planning. You will provide guidance on hiring practices, ensuring that they align with the company's values and promote equity across all teams. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the implementation of people programs and processes that enhance employee engagement and support the overall mission of Prenuvo. You will also play a crucial role in helping to shape the culture of the organization by promoting best practices in people operations.

You will be involved in various initiatives aimed at improving employee experience and retention, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement. Your insights and recommendations will help drive strategic decisions related to talent management and organizational development. You will also support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company and feel welcomed from day one.
