Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly within the healthcare or medical device industry. Your experience includes developing and executing strategic plans that drive revenue growth and enhance customer relationships. You are skilled in managing teams and have a strong understanding of clinical sales processes, particularly in surgical technologies.
You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with hospital staff, teaching institutions, and private groups. Your ability to train and develop sales representatives is complemented by your strategic mindset, enabling you to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
What you'll do
As a Senior Account Manager at PROCEPT BioRobotics, you will be responsible for achieving sales revenue targets by developing and implementing strategic plans tailored to your assigned geography. You will manage the utilization of Aquablation Therapy within your installed base, ensuring that installations are successful and that training is provided to maximize utilization growth.
You will collaborate closely with the Sales Director for the UK & Ireland, reporting on progress and adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets. Your role will also involve hiring, training, and developing Aquablation Clinical Sales Representatives and Associate level roles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and success within your team.
