What you'll do

As an Associate Territory Manager, you will play a foundational role in bringing new accounts online. You will support in-procedure coordination, ensuring that every surgical procedure is executed safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include training operating room teams and helping surgeons navigate a structured onboarding pathway for the new technology. You will cultivate strong relationships with both clinical and office staff, enabling procedural scheduling and practice integration.

You will work closely with Clinical Specialists and commercial teams to ensure that the adoption of the robotic surgical technology is successful. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance the customer experience and drive program success. You will have the opportunity to gain deep exposure to clinical and commercial operations, which will accelerate your development in the medical device field.
