Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the medical device or healthcare industry, with at least 5 years of experience in a territory management role. Your ability to build relationships with surgeons and hospital staff is exceptional, and you understand the complexities of the healthcare landscape. You are results-driven and have a strategic mindset, capable of developing and executing growth strategies that align with company goals. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with marketing and clinical teams to ensure successful product adoption. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively convey the value of innovative surgical solutions to diverse audiences.

Desirable

Experience with robotic surgical systems or similar technologies is a plus. Familiarity with the surgical pathways and the ability to navigate hospital systems will set you apart. You are comfortable using data to inform your strategies and decisions, and you have a knack for identifying and overcoming barriers to adoption.

What you'll do

As a Senior Territory Manager at PROCEPT BioRobotics, you will be responsible for driving the commercial success of our Aquablation systems within your territory. You will lead efforts to establish Aquablation as a standard of care by developing strong relationships with surgeon champions and deepening partnerships with hospitals. Your role will involve guiding new physicians through the surgeon pathway, ensuring they receive the necessary training and support for successful integration into their practices. You will collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to create tailored strategies that enhance procedural volume and market penetration. Your strategic decision-making will be crucial in aligning with various stakeholders to deliver a cohesive customer experience. You will also be tasked with tracking market trends and competitor activities to inform your approach and drive meaningful adoption of our robotic therapy.
