Who you are

You are an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in driving market growth and establishing strong relationships within the healthcare sector. With at least 5 years of experience in a sales role, you have a deep understanding of the medical device landscape and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles. You excel in developing surgeon champions and fostering hospital partnerships, ensuring that you can effectively communicate the value of innovative surgical solutions. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify barriers to adoption and implement effective solutions that enhance procedural volume and market penetration.

You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with clinical, marketing, and operational teams. Your ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, from surgeons to hospital administrators, is key to your success. You are results-driven and thrive in environments where you can make a measurable impact on patient care and treatment options. You are passionate about advancing healthcare through innovative technologies and are committed to continuous professional development.

Desirable

Experience in the field of robotic surgery or urology is a plus, as is familiarity with the surgical pathways of both surgeons and patients. You are comfortable with data-driven decision-making and can leverage analytics to inform your strategies. A background in training and onboarding new physicians is also beneficial, as you will guide them through the adoption process of PROCEPT's robotic systems.

What you'll do

In your role as Senior Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving the launch and adoption of PROCEPT Robotic Systems across Kentucky. You will lead the commercial efforts to establish Aquablation as a standard of care, working closely with surgeons to develop champions who advocate for the technology. Your responsibilities will include executing growth strategies that increase procedural volume and market penetration, ensuring that each account achieves the necessary training and operational readiness for sustained growth.

You will collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to create tailored strategies that resonate with your target audience. By identifying barriers to adoption, you will optimize the surgeon pathway and enhance the overall customer experience. Your role will involve regular engagement with hospital partners, ensuring that they are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to integrate PROCEPT's solutions into their practices.

You will also be tasked with tracking market trends and competitor activities, using this information to refine your approach and maintain a competitive edge. Your ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights will be crucial in shaping your strategies and achieving your sales targets. You will report on your progress and outcomes to senior leadership, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
