What you'll do

As the Global Business Development Team Lead at Protegrity, you will be responsible for driving both individual and team success across multiple regions. You will lead a distributed team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) focused on the Enterprise and Mid-Enterprise markets. Your role will involve building and implementing scalable outreach strategies that align with the company's mission to transform data protection. You will coach team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their targets. Collaboration is essential, as you will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement to ensure world-class execution of business development initiatives.
