What you'll do

In this role, you will own the internal communications ecosystem, managing everything from monthly HR digests to All-Hands narratives. You will be responsible for creating engaging employer brand content that showcases Provectus as an attractive workplace. Collaborating closely with the People and Culture teams, you will ensure that all communications align with the company's mission and values.

You will coordinate with various departments to gather insights and updates, transforming them into clear and engaging messages for employees. Your role will involve project ownership, where you will lead initiatives that enhance internal communication and employee engagement. You will also play a key role in shaping how Provectus tells its story to the market, ensuring that the company's narrative is consistent and impactful across all platforms.
