You are an entry-level technician eager to provide exceptional technical support and customer service. You possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use independent judgment to assist customers effectively. You understand the importance of being the first point of contact for customers and are committed to ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided.
You have a keen interest in technology and are willing to learn about the systems and software used in live streaming and broadcasting. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing time between the office and remote work. Your communication skills allow you to convey technical information clearly to customers who may not have a technical background.
What you'll do
As a Resi Support Technician 1, you will be responsible for providing technological systems support, maintenance, and testing for customer systems.
