You have a strong foundation in customer service and technical support, ideally with experience in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in computer networking and cloud solutions allows you to troubleshoot complex issues effectively. You are familiar with Linux systems administration and are eager to learn more about Axon's Fusus products and services. You thrive on resolving technical challenges and enjoy working collaboratively with diverse teams. You are a self-starter who is motivated by the mission to protect life and improve public safety through technology. You understand the importance of providing stellar customer experiences, especially in high-stakes situations like law enforcement.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with law enforcement customers to ensure they have a stellar experience with Axon’s Fusus products and services. You will become an expert on the Fusus solution, including available apps, APIs, and the product roadmap. Your responsibilities will include leading consultative solution audits for prospects, which involve detailed network analysis and device discovery. You will provide frontline email and phone support to customers for complex technical issues, researching, diagnosing, and troubleshooting problems as they arise. You will collaborate with various Axon teams to triage and prioritize agency change and feature requests, ensuring that customer needs are met promptly and effectively. Your role will be instrumental in supporting critical and escalated issues, making a real impact on the safety and justice issues that Axon addresses.
