Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing accounts and driving growth within a defined territory. Your experience includes working with mid-sized and small-enterprise clients, where you've successfully identified and closed experience gaps using SaaS solutions. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with customers and understand their unique needs. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that enhance customer experiences.
You are results-driven and have a strong understanding of the Experience Management (XM) category, enabling you to effectively position Qualtrics’ offerings to meet client demands. Your ability to analyze customer feedback and market trends helps you to proactively address challenges and seize opportunities for growth. You are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and have the resilience to overcome obstacles in pursuit of your goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and grow a portfolio of accounts across New Zealand, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences through Qualtrics’ platform. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and guide them in leveraging our XM solutions effectively. Your responsibilities will include developing strategic account plans, conducting regular check-ins with clients, and identifying upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including product and customer success, to ensure that clients receive the highest level of service and support. Your role will involve presenting tailored solutions to clients, conducting product demonstrations, and providing insights based on customer feedback to inform product development. You will also be responsible for tracking sales metrics and reporting on your progress towards achieving targets.
