What you'll do
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across New Zealand, focusing on a diverse mix of public sector, enterprise, and large commercial accounts. You will leverage your expertise to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions that enhance customer and employee experiences through Qualtrics' 360Β° Experience Management platform. Your role will involve collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for your initiatives.
You will engage with potential clients to understand their unique challenges and demonstrate how Qualtrics can address their needs. This will involve conducting presentations, leading discussions, and negotiating contracts to secure new business. You will also be expected to maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
