You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with experience in the software industry β you've successfully managed large accounts and understand the nuances of selling to diverse industries. Your leadership skills shine as you coach and mentor others, fostering a high-performing sales team.
You are driven by results and have a strategic mindset β you thrive in environments where you can set ambitious goals and work collaboratively to achieve them. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams is key to your success.
What you'll do
As an Enterprise Account Executive / Player Coach, you will own the sales process for large enterprise accounts across New Zealand β your focus will be on selling Qualtrics' Experience Management platform to leading organizations. You will also provide hands-on coaching to Account Executives, helping them elevate their effectiveness and achieve their sales targets.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that client needs are met and that the sales strategy aligns with the company's goals. Your role will involve identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and developing strategies to expand Qualtrics' presence in the market.
